TIWI Protocol Data Deletion Request
TIWI Protocol allows users to request deletion of eligible off-chain data associated with their use of the application. Because TIWI Protocol is self-custodial and operates with public blockchain infrastructure, blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted.
App and developer
This page applies to the TIWI Protocol mobile application, a non-custodial multi-chain DeFi Super App owned and governed by TIWI Ecosystem and developed/published by CDS Space Branding Agency LTD or CDS Space.
Eligible off-chain data
- Support records associated with your request or email address
- Analytics-associated data where it can reasonably identify you
- Device or diagnostic records where identifiable
- Marketing or communication records where applicable
- Optional app records controlled by TIWI Protocol infrastructure
Data that may be kept
- Public blockchain transactions and smart contract activity
- Public wallet activity maintained by blockchain networks
- Records required for legal compliance or regulatory obligations
- Records needed for fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution
- Information TIWI Protocol cannot reasonably identify or control
How the request is handled
- 1. Submit the form with your email address and any relevant wallet address.
- 2. TIWI Protocol generates a Request Reference ID for tracking.
- 3. The support and compliance team reviews eligible off-chain data.
- 4. You may be asked to verify your request if more information is needed.
- 5. Eligible data is deleted or retained according to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and technical requirements.
