1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TIWI Protocol mobile application.

TIWI Protocol is a non-custodial multi-chain decentralized finance Super App owned and governed by TIWI Ecosystem, a decentralized autonomous organization.

The TIWI Protocol mobile application is developed and published by CDS Space, a digital design and product development company based in Nigeria.

CDS Space acts as the mobile application developer and publisher. Except where expressly stated otherwise, references to "TIWI Protocol", "we", "our", or "the Protocol" in these Terms refer to TIWI Protocol and its applicable decentralized infrastructure.

By downloading, installing, connecting a wallet to, accessing, or using TIWI Protocol, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the TIWI Protocol Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the application.

4. Self-Custodial and Non-Custodial Architecture

TIWI Protocol is designed to operate on a self-custodial and non-custodial basis.

You remain in control of your connected wallet and digital assets.

Connecting a wallet to TIWI Protocol does not transfer custody, ownership, or control of your wallet assets to TIWI Protocol.

TIWI Protocol does not require you to provide:

You should never provide these credentials to TIWI Protocol support, TIWI AI, CDS Space personnel, or anyone claiming to represent TIWI Protocol.

Transactions are authorized through your connected wallet.

Where assets are intentionally deposited into a smart contract, staking pool, liquidity pool, campaign contract, or other supported decentralized infrastructure, those assets become subject to the rules encoded in the relevant smart contract.

5. Your Digital Assets

You retain ownership of the digital assets controlled by your connected self-custodial wallet.

TIWI Protocol provides technology that enables you to interact with supported blockchain networks and smart contracts.

TIWI Protocol does not become the owner of your assets because:

You are responsible for understanding every transaction that you authorize.

6. Responsibility for Your Wallet

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and mobile device.

Because TIWI Protocol is self-custodial, TIWI Protocol generally cannot:

If your wallet credentials are compromised, assets controlled through that wallet may be permanently lost.

7. Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Before signing a transaction, you should review:

TIWI Protocol cannot guarantee reversal or recovery of transactions that you authorize through your wallet.

8. Spot Token Swaps

TIWI Protocol enables supported spot token swaps.

Swap execution may depend on blockchain liquidity, smart contracts, routing infrastructure, network conditions, and other decentralized infrastructure.

Displayed quotes may change before execution because of:

A displayed quote is not a guaranteed execution price.

9. Cross-Chain Swaps

TIWI Protocol enables supported cross-chain swaps.

Cross-chain transactions may involve multiple networks and decentralized routing mechanisms.

Cross-chain transactions may experience:

Estimated completion times are not guarantees.

10. Multi-Chain Asset Interactions

TIWI Protocol allows users to interact with supported assets across multiple blockchain networks.

Blockchain networks may differ in transaction formats, native gas assets, confirmation mechanisms, wallet standards, and finality.

You are responsible for confirming that the selected blockchain, token, and destination are correct before signing a transaction.

11. Staking

TIWI Protocol enables users to participate in supported staking pools.

Staking may involve risks including:

Displayed APR, APY, and reward estimates are informational estimates and are not guaranteed.

12. Staking as a Service

TIWI Protocol provides infrastructure that enables eligible users and projects to create staking pools.

Pool creators may configure supported parameters including:

Pool creators are responsible for information and reward allocations associated with pools they create.

The existence of a staking pool on TIWI Protocol does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by TIWI Protocol.

13. Liquidity Pools and Liquidity Provision

TIWI Protocol allows users to interact with supported liquidity pools and provide assets to those pools.

Liquidity provision may expose users to:

Assets deposited into liquidity contracts become subject to the operation of those contracts.

14. Liquidity Farming

TIWI Protocol may allow users to participate in liquidity farming using supported liquidity positions.

Rewards may depend on:

Displayed returns are estimates and are not guaranteed.

15. Multi-Send

TIWI Protocol provides multi-send functionality for sending supported digital assets to multiple blockchain addresses.

You are responsible for verifying all:

Transfers sent to incorrect addresses may be permanently unrecoverable.

16. Campaign and Airdrop Infrastructure

TIWI Protocol enables supported campaign and airdrop functionality.

Campaigns may be created by independent individuals, projects, or organizations.

The presence of a campaign on TIWI Protocol does not automatically constitute endorsement, certification, investment advice, or a guarantee by TIWI Protocol.
